Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with Dear Eden. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.

Refunds We do not issue refunds, except in the case of a defective item. If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us with your order number and clear photos of the issue, and we'll take care of it.

Exchanges We accept exchanges within 3 days of the date you receive your item. After 3 days, we are unable to process any exchange requests.

To be eligible, the item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition and packaging with all tags attached.

Please note that a $4 delivery fee applies to exchanges and is covered by the customer.

How to request an exchange or report a defect

1. Contact us within 3 days of receiving your order by email or phone.
2. Include your order number, the item(s) concerned, and photos.
3. Our team will reply with the next steps.
