Delivery time
Orders are typically delivered within 2 to 4 working days from the moment your order is confirmed. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by road conditions, courier delays, or public holidays.

Order processing
Orders are processed during working days. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed the following working day.

Delivery details
Please make sure your address and phone number are correct and reachable. Our courier will contact you before delivery. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect contact details or an unreachable phone number.

Damaged or defective items
