Terms of Service

Welcome to Dear Eden. By browsing our website or placing an order with us, you agree to the terms set out below. Please read them before making a purchase.

1. About us
Dear Eden is a Lebanese online store offering women's clothing. You can reach us at support@deareden.shop or on +961 76 18 63 65.

2. Use of the site
By using this site you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or that you are using it with the permission of a parent or guardian. You agree not to use our website for any unlawful purpose, and not to attempt to interfere with its normal operation.

3. Products
We make every effort to display our items as accurately as possible. Colors and fabric textures may appear slightly different depending on your screen settings, and minor variations in shade between batches are normal in clothing. Please check our size guide before ordering, as fit can differ between styles. All items are subject to availability, and we may limit quantities or discontinue any product at any time.

4. Prices
Prices are displayed in both US Dollars and Lebanese Pounds. Where an item is shown in both currencies, the LBP price is converted at the rate applied by our store at the time of purchase and may be updated as rates change. Prices are subject to change without prior notice, but changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

5. Payment
We accept the following payment methods:

• Cash on delivery
• OMT and Whish Money transfers
• Online card payment

Your order is confirmed once payment has been received, or once a cash-on-delivery order has been accepted by our team. Online card payments are processed securely by our payment provider, and we do not store your card details.

6. Orders
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including in cases of suspected fraud, obvious pricing errors, or items that turn out to be unavailable. If we cancel an order that you have already paid for, we will arrange a full refund of the amount paid.

7. Shipping and delivery
We deliver across Lebanon. Orders are typically delivered within 2 to 4 working days from the moment the order is confirmed. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside our control, such as road conditions, courier delays, or public holidays.

Please make sure your delivery address and phone number are correct and reachable. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect contact details, or when a customer cannot be reached by the courier.

8. Returns and exchanges
All returns and exchanges are governed by our Returns & Refund Policy. In summary: we do not issue refunds except for defective items, and exchanges are accepted only within 3 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition and packaging with all tags attached.

9. Intellectual property
All content on this website, including photographs, product designs, text, graphics, and the Dear Eden name and logo, is our property and may not be copied, reproduced, republished, or used commercially without our prior written permission.

10. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability in relation to any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or incidental losses arising from the use of our website or products. Nothing in these terms removes any rights you have under Lebanese consumer protection law.

11. Privacy
Any personal information you provide, such as your name, address, and phone number, is used solely to process and deliver your order and to contact you about it. We do not sell or share your information with third parties, other than the courier and payment providers needed to complete your order.

12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time you place your order is the version that applies to that order.

13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lebanon. Any dispute arising from them will fall under the jurisdiction of the Lebanese courts.
